Eye Ball Cup Cake Decoration

This eye ball cupcake is ideal for Halloween.

It is so easy and very effective.

Scary and spooky - just what you need to add a touch of fright to your Halloween Party.

We used normal sized cupcakes and giant candies, but you could use mini cupcakes and standard sized candies.

You could also use these as a birthday cake decoration for an optomitrist or eye surgeon.

Eyeball Cupcake
Ingredients
12	Cupcakes - any recipe
1 qty	butter icing
12	large jaffas (large red spherical candy coated chocolate)
1	tube red gel icing (purchase from store - HERE)
Method
1.	Put icing on each cake.
2.	Place Jaffa in the middle of each cake.
3.	Pipe the red gel from the jaffa out towards the edge of the cake. Use the photo of the one I made to get the idea.
Notes
Makes 12 halloween cup cakes. I'm not experienced at piping - but it was easy and fun.
